Test Drive Staff Connect or Patient Connect for twelve months for under A$5,000

Finding innovative ways to minimise the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on healthcare delivery has demonstrated that Patients and Staff and the Healthcare Facility will benefit from adoption of new technology such as Patient Connect and Staff Connect.

What is included in Connected Health Test Drive offer?

  • A twelve month Access Fee free licence to use your own branded instance of the current production release of either Patient Connect or Staff Connect Apps as a dedicated instance for your organisation for a once off fee of AS4,800.00 plus GST to cover implementation assistance, configuration and support services. Both products can be Test Driven simultaneously but will incur a higher A$7,800.00 plus GST once-off implementation, configuration and support fee.
  • Hosting service adequate to support a limited but reasonable scope for the selected Test Drive project, provided on our existing Australian based servers.
  • Virtual implementation assistance starting with a ninety minute on-line education workshop to introduce you to the scope of the product, and agree the Test Drive scope to ensure you get off to a successful start. We will need you to advise us of your objectives for the project prior to the workshop to ensure you get maximum benefit from this education.
  • Personalisation of our standard IOS and Android App front-end to add your organisation Logo, including publishing on Apple App Store and Google Play
  • Once we have your approval to proceed we will endeavour to have your “Personalised Test Run” software configured and ready for use in less than four weeks.
  • Ongoing Software support by email including one repeat of the the on-line education workshop. Further online product familiarisation and training is also available at a nominal fee if required.
  • Access to the Customer on-line Helpdesk and Knowledge base to assist you to achieve maximum benefit from the product or products you have selected to Test Run.
  • Implementation assistance to help set-up the content for each area of the products that you wish to test drive. One implementation assistance package per module is included with the initial commitment to take a test drive.
  • Wider use of the software within your organisation is both permitted and encouraged but may incur additional implementation and support fees.
  • Additional implementation assistance can be purchased at time of initial commitment or during the twelve month term of the licence or after it expires if you decide to pay the annual access fee to continue using the products.
  • LDAP integration can be added to the Pilot project for an additional A$1000.00 once-off fee.
  • Set-up packages can also be tailored to meet your individual organisation requirements at additional cost.
